How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 weeks depending on your order size and shipping address. You will receive tracking updates about your order. Custom orders may take longer to be processed and shipped.

Where and how do I schedule a pickup?

Pickups are available from our Willow Glen studio and occasionally our SF Studio. Pickup dates and times will be offered upon your purchase.

Do you offer international shipping?

Upon request we may or may not shipped internationally.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage, and we’ll assist with a replacement or refund.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure payment options listed at checkout. If the order is local, we may accept checks or transfers.

Can I return or exchange a framed photograph?

Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if there’s an issue with your order, please contact us, and we’ll work to resolve it.
